We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Every package is packed with care and shipped through trusted delivery partners across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful checkout.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum purchase value (if applicable).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee may be applied at checkout.
The final shipping cost, if any, will be displayed before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details on your registered email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment.
If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for more than 3 days, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at your address.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
Re-shipping of the same order will require additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
6. Multiple Items in One Order
If you’ve ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each package if applicable.
7. Delays and Exceptions
In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier company after dispatch, but we’ll always help you track and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
8. Address and Contact Details
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may experience delays or failed deliveries.
9. International Shipping
At the moment, we ship only within India. We’ll update our policy once international shipping becomes available.
